The OEMs in Russia have made a total profit of 55 billion rubles in 2011


Auto Business Info – The automotive manufacturers and distributors in Russia have made a total profit of 54.7 billion rubles in 2011. Toyota Motor occupies the top spot in the list with 5.94 billion rubles profit. The distributors with profits over 5 billion rubles are: BMW Russland Trading (5.65 billion rubles) and KIA Motors Rus (5.03 billion rubles), on the other hand. This trio is followed by Mercedes-Benz Rus (4.52 billion rubles), Avtoframos (3.75 billion rubles), Hyundai Motor SNG (3.59 billion rubles), Rolf Import (3.5 billion rubles) and AvtoVAZ (3.1 billion rubles).

The automotive companies, who declared losses at the end of the year 2011 are as follows; GM Auto, PSMA Rus, Volvo Cars, Cherry Automobile Rus and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Rus. The total loss of these companies adds up to 4.3 billion rubles.
