Russian truck production has shrunk by 27.6% in September

RusAutoNews.Com – According to data published by Russian Federal Institute of Statistics: Rosstat, 113,000 trucks have been manufactured in the country, within the January-September period (-21.5%). The September truck production figure has been announced as 13,100, on the other hand (-27.6%).

The biggest truck manufacturer of the country: Kamaz has suspended production for three days in September, due to low demand. Another interesting news of the month was the start of the production of GAZ’s new generation GAZon Next model medium-tonnage trucks.

As published by Rosstat, 29,600 buses have been manufactured during the first nine months of the year (-24.5%). The September bus production figure is 5000 (-18.1%).
