Yekaterinburg vehicle market has shrunk by 26% in September

RusAutoNews.Com – According to Auto-Dealer-Yekaterinburg data, 56,833 new cars and light commercial vehicles have been sold in Yekaterinburg in January-September period (-19%). The shrinkage rate reached 26% in September, following a sales figure of 6235 vehicles. Amongst the ten most popular brands, only Renault achieved to increase its sales (+13%).

The agency officials draw attention to the fact that the utilisation programme has not yet reflected on sales in the city, due to late start.

Yekaterinburg automobile sales form 3.2% of the Russian market.
