Chinese automobile exports to Russia have declined by 31% in 2014

Izvestiya – According to data published by the Chinese Automobile Manufacturers Association (SAAM), Chinese brands have exported 62,000 automobiles to the Russian market in 2014 (-31%).

The sales figures of Chinese brands in Russia are as follows, according to AEB data: Lifan – 23,600 (-14%), Geely – 18,800 (-31%), Chery – 18,100 (-9%), Great Wall – 15,000 (-25%).

Some of the Chinese brands sold in Russia are assembled locally.
