The Russian ministry of industry and commerce will support car exports

Zr.ru. – Officials from the Russian ministry of industry and commerce are of the opinion that in current conditions, any investment in a new car factory will be in vain, unless aimed at exports. Vice minister Gleb Nikitin has advised the companies making production in the country to allocate more capacity on exports:

“The current automobile market does not allow full capacity operations. Therefore, any additional capacity to be created in the near future should be aiming at export markets, rather than the domestic.”

Nikitin has added that the state is ready to establish the macroeconomic conditions, necessary for increasing the effectivity of production for exports, including the logistical costs.

The ministry is expected to take the necessary measures, as of the following week.
