KAMAZ Group has quintupled its net profit in 2017

RNSKAMAZ Group has made a net profit of 3.5 billion rubles in 2017 according to IFRS, which indicates a 5.3-fold year-on-year rise, as stated by the company. The revenue of the group has increased by 17% to 156 billion rubles.

“The growth in revenues and the effective cost management have resulted in a positive operating cash flow in the amount of almost 8.8 billion rubles (up from 5.85 billion rubles in 2016)” – according to the company statement.

EBITDA has increased by 75% to 10.8 billion rubles, while the EBITDA margin was 6.8% last year, in comparison with 4.6% in 2017. The company has spent 14.3 billion rubles on modernisation and new technologies last year.

As stated previously, the sales of the company have increased by 11% to 38,200 units in Russia and other markets in 2017. 45% of the Russian over 4 tonnes gross weight truck market belongs to KAMAZ Group.
