KAMAZ has upgraded its sales forecast in Russia

Finmarket – KAMAZ has improved its sales forecast in Russia for 2018. The company expects to sell 40,000 trucks, as told by the general director Sergei Kogogin in the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2018).

However, in general, the company will not revise the figures, according to Kogogin. “We won’t be revising the figures yet, however, we are confident that the market growth will continue. For that reason we expect to add 1000-2000 units to the domestic market. We hope to reach the 40,000 units mark. According to our current observations, the growth will only happen in the premium segment” – said the general director.

Previously, KAMAZ planned to sell 43,100 trucks in 2018, 37,000 in Russia and 6100 abroad.
