KAMAZ has increased production by 9% within the first half of the year

RusAutoNews.Com – KAMAZ Group has manufactured 18,053 auto components within the first half of 2018, which is equivalent to a 9% year-on-year rise, as stated by the company. The production has grown by 16% in June, with 3747 units.

KAMAZ engine factory and the joint venture Cummins KAMA have manufactured 3530 engines and powertrains in June. The half year figure goes up to 19,173 units.

2.13 billion rubles worth of spare parts have been shipped in June and over 11 billion rubles worth within the first 6 months of the year. The output of diversification products amounted to 970 million rubles in June and over 3.7 billion rubles since the turn of the year.

The group has manufactured over 39,500 car components in 2017, which indicates a 12% year-on-year growth.

The board of directors of the factory has approved the business plan for 2018 at the end of last year. The company plans to sell 43,100 vehicles, 37,000 of which are aimed for the domestic market. The plant expects to make a net profit of 1.59 billion rubles in 2018, alongside a revenue of 171.3 billion rubles.
