Renault Russia has increased component exports by nearly 60%

 

RusAutoNewsCom. – The turnover of component exports made by Renault Russia has exceeded €55 million by the end of the first half of 2018, indicating a 57% year-on-year growth as stated by the car manufacturer.

The company supplies stamping and plastic details, brake systems, other chassis components and lighting instruments. The number of the types of exported components has risen from 185 to 238 since the turn of the year.

Amongst the main component export markets are Eurasia (64%), Latin America (22%), Europe (8%), alongside Africa, Middle-East and India. 

Renault Russia has exported more than 7000 passenger cars within the first 6 months of the year to CIS countries and the countries of the Council of Cooperation of the Arab States.

The company has also supplied the Algerian Renault plant with 15,200 car bodies for Renault Logan automobiles from Russia within the aforementioned period, the total shipment amounting to over 36,400 units.
