Luxury car sales in Russia has grown 18% in October 2018

 

Autostat. – The luxury car sales in Russia has amounted to 126 units in October of 2018, indicating a 18% year-on-year growth. 1,188 new luxury cars have been sold in Russia within the first ten months, which indicates 1.4% year-on-year growth.

Mercedes-Benz has remained the leader of the market with 52% market share. The brand is represented by one model only: Mercedes-Benz Maybach S-Class. 619 Maybach S-Class have been sold in January-October period of 2018.

Bentley comes second in the rankings, with a sales figure of 217 vehicles. Maserati completes the top-three in the luxury segment with 195 units. 70 new Rolls-Royce, 49 Lamborghini, 25 Ferrari and 13 Aston Martin vehicles have hit the Russian roads within the ten months of 2018, on the other hand.

As noted by Autostat, 810 units: around 2/3 of the luxury automobiles have been sold in Moscow and the surrounding region within 10 months. The capital is followed by St Petersburg – 105 units, Krasnodar Krai – 24 vehicles, Sverdlovsk – 18 units, Novosibirsk – 14 units, Rostov – 12 units, Tatarstan – 11 units, Leningrad – 10 units.
