Volvo sales have increased by 11% in Russia in 2018

 

Autostat.- Volvo sales have increased by 11% in Russia in 2018. Russian dealers of Volvo have sold 7772 vehicles last year, which is equivalent to a 10.9% year-on-year growth.

According to Volvo Car Russia press office, the second generation of the medium-size crossover XC60 has become the best-sold model of the brand in the Russian market, with 2830 units. The full-size crossover XC90 has occupied the second spot, with a sales figure of 2210 vehicles (-8.5%). The top-three is completed by the new compact crossover XC40, with 922 units.

Volvo Cars will launch the sales of the new Volvo V60 Cross Country model in Russia in June 2019, to be followed by the new sedan S60 in August. Meanwhile, the deliveries of the previous generation of Volvo S60 to Russia have been discontinued.
