The first crossover has been assembled at Haval car factory in Russia

 

RusAutoNewsCom.- Great Wall is getting ready to open the Haval car factory in the Uzlovsk district of Tula region, as reported at the website haval-russia.ru.

The first Haval F7 crossover has been assembled in training regime at the factory. The vehicle has been assembled to test the operation of the conveyor for the subsequent crash test.

One of the automated sections of the welding shop line was launched in test mode in particular. Automated painting lines had been installed previously, where testing and calibration of robots began, along with the stamping workshop.

Practically all equipment has been installed at the enterprise and preparation works continue for the launch of serial production currently. The production is planned to start in March.

Apart from F7 crossovers, H9 SUVs will be manufactured in Tula, to be followed by the bestseller second generation H6.
