The net profit of KAMAZ has shrunk by more than a hundredfold in 2018


 

RNS.- The net profit of the Russian car manufacturer Kamaz has amounted to 27 million rubles in 2018 according to Russian accounting standards, which is equivalent to a 111 times year-on-year shrinkage, as reported by the company.

The revenue of the company has increased by 4% during the aforementioned period, to 151.1 billion rubles. The company has sold 115.3 billion rubles worth of trucks in 2018, following a growth of more than 6%, in comparison with the previous year.

The net assets of Kamaz have amounted to 45.16 billion rubles last year, remaining at the 2017 level.

The company has stated that the preparations continued for the launch of the new generation of K5 automobiles to the market last year. A new cabin carcass factory has been constructed and the production of new engines has been launched within the scope of the project.
