Kamaz Group has made a revenue of 190 billion rubles in 2019

RusAutoNewsCom.- The consolidated revenue of Kamaz Group has amounted to 190 billion rubles in 2019 (it was 186 billion rubles in 2018), as announced by the company press office. The main growth has been observed in passenger transport and financial leasing segments.

Revenues from the sales of buses, trailers and special vehicles have risen by 52% year-on-year, amounting to 17.4 million rubles and the group has generated an income of 3.6 million rubles from vehicle sales under financial leasing terms, which is equivalent to a 58% increase in comparison with the previous year.

Kamaz has maintained a high level of investment, at the rate of 7.5% of the revenues, continuing the implementation of the large investment project on the development of the model range of Kamaz vehicles and the modernisation of the production facilities.

In the meantime, the company has managed to keep the costs at 2018 level and also reduced the loss by more than 1 billion rubles compared to the first half of 2019.

The revenue growth and the acceleration of inventory turnover have brought a positive operating cash flow of 6.4 million rubles to Kamaz Group in 2019, ensuring a stable financial position for the company.

The complicated situation in the heavy trucks market and the increase in financial burdens related to the investment cycle of the company were the reasons behind the loss made by the company in the amount of 2 million rubles in 2019.
