KAMAZ plans to manufacture Euro-6 ecological class trucks


 

RNS.- Kamaz plans to launch the production of Euro-6 ecological class trucks in August, as stated by the company.

“Kamaz is ready to launch the production of the environmentally friendly Euro-6 standard trucks as of August” – according to the statement.

As told by the general director of the automobile manufacturer Sergei Kogogin, the company already supplies such vehicles to European countries.

In addition, in accordance with a SPIC, Kamaz has developed the P6 engine to be installed on the trucks from the new model range.

Currently, Euro-5 environmental standards are in force in Russia. The standard regulates the content of harmful substances in exhaust gases.
