Russian truck market has declined by 1% in July 2020


 

RusAutoNewsCom. – Russian truck market has decreased by 1.1% in July 2020 in comparison with the same period of the previous year. According to Autostat 6,488 new trucks have been sold in Russia in July.

Kamaz has kept the leadership of the market, with 39% share in total. The sales figure of the brand is equivalent to 2,504 units in July, which indicates a 14.5% year-on-year rise.

The leader is followed by GAZ with 680 vehicles and 11.3% year-on-year fall. The top-three is completed by Scania with 392 units and 3.7% year-on-year fall.

Gazon Next was the best-selling model in July 2020 with 526 units and 0.8% year-on-year rise. Volvo FH was the best-selling foreign model in July with 252 units sold, indicating 30.2% year-on-year fall.
