Russian bus market has declined by 28% in July 2020


Autostat.- Russian bus market (excluding LCVs) has amounted to 851 vehicles in July 2020, following a 28% year-on-year fall.

PAZ has become the leader of the market, with about 60% share of the total volume. 487 PAZ buses have been sold in July 2020, indicating a 34% year-on-year fall.

Nefaz occupies the second spot with 117 units (+41%) and Liaz comes third in the rankings with 82 vehicles.

The PAZ-3205 has become the best-sold model within the aforementioned period, with a sales figure of 268 units, followed by small-class, high-floor PAZ-3204 with 139 units. Nefaz-5299 has occupied the third place in the ranking with 117 units.

Russian new bus market has amounted to 7 thousand units by the end of January-July period of 2020, following a 4% year-on-year shrinkage.
