Russian luxury car market has declined by 70% in January 2021


 

RusAutoNewsCom.- As reported by Autostat, the luxury car market in Russia has amounted to 20 vehicles in January 2021, indicating a 70% year-on-year decrease.

Mercedes-Benz has remained the leader of the market with 55% market share. The brand is represented by one model only: Mercedes-Benz Maybach S-Class. 11 units Maybach S-Class have been sold in January 2021.

Bentley comes second in the rankings, with a sales figure of 5 vehicles. Rolls-Royce completes the top-three in the luxury segment with 4 units. 

On the other hand, 0 units new Lamborghini, 0 units new Maserati, 0 units new Ferrari and 0 units new Aston Martin were sold in January 2021.

11 luxury cars have been sold in Moscow and the surrounding region. The capital is followed by St Petersburg with 3 units and Krasnodar Krai with 2 vehicles.
