KAMAZ has summed up the financial results of the first 3 quarters of 2021


 

RusAutoNews.- Kamaz has summed up the financial results of the first three quarters of 2021. As a result of the operations within the aforementioned period, the revenue of the company has risen to 169 billion 091 million rubles (approximately $2.4 billion) from 128 billion 375 million rubles (approximately $1.8 billion) year-on-year. The net profit of Kamaz has also increased within the first nine months of the year compared to the same period of 2020, from 2.183 billion rubles (approximately $30.7 million) to 3.301 billion rubles (approximately $46.5 million).

The general manager of the company Sergei Kogogin has commented about the financial results: “The company continues with a large-scale operation on the development of its truck and car model ranges, successfully carries out investment projects and the development of new equipment and advanced production technologies is underway. The company is actively working on the production of the new K5 generation model range of Kamaz 54901 freight trucks at the moment. In general, the demand for the products is quite high. As previously, the clients show great interest in vehicles running on compressed and liquefied natural gas and passenger vehicles, including the Kamaz electric bus. The above factors, amongst others have reflected on the financial results, leading to a significant increase in the revenue and the net profit of Kamaz, in comparison with the same period of the previous year.”
