Gazeta ru.- Japanese manufacturers Mazda and Honda will temporarily stop the exports of their new vehicles to Russia, along with the components. The relevant statement has been made on the Telegram channel of Mash, citing the source of the news on the 2nd of March.

The restrictions will also apply to power equipment (pumps, lawn mowers, generators, snow blowers, etc.) in the case of Honda, as well as motorcycles. Honda had previously announced its intention to leave the Russian market in 2021. The CR-V crossover is the only model of the brand being traded in the Russian Federation.

Mazda manufactures Mazda CX-5 and CX-9 SUVs and 6-series sedans at the Dalavto plant in Vladivostok.
