Autostat – According to a report of Autostat, the Russian luxury car sales has reached 1440 units in 2017, following a 18% year-on-year growth (from 1225 units).
The traditional leader of the Russian luxury car market Mercedes-Benz Maybach S-Class has kept its position, with more than 45% share in total. The sales figure of the model is amounted to 660 units in 2017.
Maserati comes second in the rankings, with a sales figure of 382 vehicles. Bentley completes the top-three in the luxury segment with 235 cars.
85 new Rolls-Royce, 31 Lamborghini, 29 Ferrari and 18 Aston Martin cars have hit the Russian roads in 2017, on the other hand.
As noted by Autostat, around 70% of the luxury car sales was in Moscow and the surrounding region (970 units). The capital is followed by St. Petersburg – 115 units, Krasnodar Krai – 51 units, Tatarstan – 19 units, Sverdlovsk – 18 units, Bashkorotstan and Rostov – each 12 units, Irkutsk – 11 units, Nizhniy Novgorod – 10 units.
