Russian truck market has increased by 15% in September 2020


 

RusAutoNewsCom. – Russian truck market has increased by 14.8% in September 2020 in comparison with the same period of the previous year. According to Autostat 7,006 new trucks have been sold in Russia in September.

Kamaz has kept the leadership of the market, with 44% share in total. The sales figure of the brand is equivalent to 2,708 units in September, which indicates a 44.2% year-on-year rise.

The leader is followed by Scania with 592 vehicles and 29.2% year-on-year fall. The top-three is completed by Scania with 565 units and 89.6% year-on-year rise.

Kamaz-5490 was the best-selling model in September 2020 with 774 units and 80% year-on-year rise. Scania R was the best-selling foreign model in September with 373 units sold, indicating 239.1% year-on-year rise.
