TASS.- The first Elabuga assembly Aurus Senat automobiles will be available to customers in May 2021. The relevant statement has been made by the presidential press office of Tatarstan, during the meeting of the regional leader Rustam Minnikhanov and the chairman and the CEO of the Ford Sollers joint venture and the general director of Aurus LLC Adil Shirinov.
The parties have expressed the readiness of the enterprise to get on with the serial production of Aurus Senat at Alabuga Special Ecenomic Zone in Tatarstan.
“As told by the general director of the enterprise, currently the equipment is being prepared for welding, painting and assembly. The recruitment of specialists is underway in the meantime, along with their training. The process is being organised within the framework of an approved plan. Adil Shirinov has stated that the first batch of Elabuga assembly Aurus Senat automobiles will be ready for clients in May 2021” – according to the statement.
