NAPI – An agreement, proposing the establishment of a car plant in the region, has been signed between Lifan and the Governorship of Lipetsk. All Lifan models will be manufactured at the factory, which will have an initial annual production capacity of 60,000 automobiles. Painting and welding processes will also be carried out at the plant.
Lifan plans to sell the automobiles manufactured in Lipetsk in different countries, alongside Russia. The company will invest $300 million in the factory.
