KAMAZ and Palfinger have established two facilities in Russia

Prime - Russian truck manufacturer KAMAZ and Austrian crane manufacturer Palfinger AG have established two facilities in Russia. According to the statement made by KAMAZ, the first facility will operate in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan, as an assembly centre, which installs crane equipments on truck chassis. The share of Palfinger in the partnership is 49%.

The second facility, established in Neftekamsk, Bashkortostan, will manufacture hydraulic and telescopic cylinders. The announced annual production capacity is 80,000 units. The share of Palfinger is 51%.

As one may remember, the parties had signed the agreement, proposing the establishment of the two facilities in Tatarstan and Bashkortostan, in August 2014.
