Autostat – According to the survey, Toyota Camry business-sedan is at the top of the sales chart, with a market volume of 4400 units for the covered period, indicating a 20% year-on-year increase. Nissan X-Trail occupies the second place, following a 6% rise to 3700 automobiles. Toyota RAV4 comes third with 3500 vehicles, up by 23.5% from last year.
Nissan Qashqai (2900, +54.5%) and Mazda CX-5 (2200, 17.5%) complete the top-five. The rest of the top-ten most popular Japanese vehicles in Moscow within the January-October 2016 period is as follows: Mitsubishi Outlander (1900; -9%), Nissan Almera (1900; -14,5%), Toyota Land Cruiser (1800; -19%), Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (1800 ; +4%) and Lexus NX (1700; +3%).
