RusAutoNews.Com – Volkswagen Group Rus has published its May 2017 sales figures. 7118 clients have preferred VW automobiles during the month, increasing the sales of the brand by 28% year-on-year (from 5567 units).
The sales of Volkswagen have risen by 18% since the turn of the year, to 32,270 vehicles (January-May 2016 – 27,406).
The company has sold 442 VW Touareg. Touareg’s sales price begins from 2.549.000 rubles.
The demand for VW Tiguan has tripled in May. 2165 Kaluga-made first and second generation Tiguan have been sold within the month.
Another model manufactured in Kaluga: VW Polo was also amongst the brand’s bestsellers in May, with 3920 vehicles.
