RNS - KAMAZ has reported that in accordance with earlier decisions, Autoinvest Ltd (registered in Cyprus) has ceased its participation in the joint stock capital of KAMAZ.
“Autoinvest LLC (registired in Russia) is the new owner of 23.54% KAMAZ shares. Thereby, the stock of shares has been transferred to Russian jurisdiction” - as stated by the company.
The owners of KAMAZ remained unchanged, as explained by the company to RNS.
According to SPARK data (as of 30.06.2017), the shareholders of KAMAZ are as follows; state corporation Rostec - 49.9%, Autoinvest Limited registered in Cyprus - 23.54% and FLK KAMAZ - 3.72%. The general director Sergei Kogogin controls 0.0028% of the shares.
Autoinvest LLC, registered in Moscow in 2015, deals with the provision of financial services, according to SPARK. Pearson Holding Ltd, registered in Belize - 50%, the general director Sergei Kogogin - 30% and Noelia Holdings Ltd (British Virgin Islands) -20% are the owners of the company.
