RusAutoNews.Com – KAMAZ production up by 6,8% in the first quarter of 2018. KAMAZ has manufactured 3362 vehicle assembly sets within the first quarter of 2018, which is equivalent to a 6,8% year-on-year rise, as stated by the company.
The engine plant and the joint venture Cummins Kamaz have manufactured and supplied almost 3700 engines and power units to customers in March (9% increase) and more than 8500 units by the end of the first quarter of 2018 (4,9% rise).
KAMAZ spare parts in the amount of 2,06 billion rubles have been delivered to dealers, service centres and corporate clients in March, the monetary value of the transactions reaching 5,05 billion rubles since the turn of the year.
680 million worth of various products have been shipped to third-party customers by KAMAZ plants and divisions in March, the total amount of deliveries summing up to almost 1,5 billion rubles since the beginning of the year.
As stated earlier, KAMAZ production has increased 12% in 2017 and amounted to 39,500 car assembly sets in 2017.
