RusAutoNewsCom. – Lada sales up by 17% year-on-year within the first nine months of 2018. A total number of 259,129 Lada passenger cars and light commercial vehicles have been sold within the January-September period of 2018. Market share of Lada is approximately 20%, as reported by the company. Vesta was the most popuer model with 76,189 sold cars, which indicates a 39,5% year-on-year increase.
Four Lada models are at the top 10 best-selling car models in Russia: Vesta (1st place), Granta (3rd place), Largus (7th place) and XRAY (9th place).
The New Granta, launched in September 2018 became the best-seller in Russia with 9,936 units sold.
