RusAutoNewsCom.- As reported by the company press office, Kamaz Board of Directors has approved the business plan for 2020. According to the document, Kamaz aims to manufacture 35,709 vehicles next year, 29,000 for the domestic market and 6,709 for exports. Kamaz has a share of 46% in the Russian truck market.
14.1 billion rubles will be invested in the development of production in 2020, within the scope of the business plan. 288 million rubles net profit is aimed, following the generation of a planned revenue of 204 billion rubles.
The general director of Kamaz Sergei Kogogin has defined the introduction of the long-haul K5 family, which complies with world standards in technical characteristics and consumer properties, to the market as the main task to be tackled by the company and its staff in 2020. “The introduction of K5 to the market is our priority. How quickly we can turn this issue to our advantage is perhaps the biggest challenge ahead of us” – Kogogin noted.
