RusAutoNewsCom. As reported by Autostat, the electric car market in Russia has amounted to 91 units in September 2020, which is 4 times more than last year’s figures.
Audi e-tron became the leader of the market in September with 27 units sold.
Nissan Leaf and Tesla Model 3 have shared the second place in the ranking with 20 units sold each.
Tesla Model X became fourth in the ranking with 10 units, followed by Jaguar I-Pace with 9 units sold.
In addition, 3 new Tesla Model S, Hyundai Ioniq and Renault Twizy each were purchased in Russia within the aformentioned period.
341 cars were sold in total within the January – September period of this year, indicating a 31% year-on-year growth in the market.
