RusAutoNewsCom.- Car production in Russia has decreased by 19.0% year-on-year within the first eleven months of 2020. According to ASM Holding data 1 million 283.5 thousand units transport vehicles (trucks, cars, buses) have been manufactured within the January-November period of 2020.
Passenger cars production has decreased by 19.6% year-on-year during the aforementioned period, to 1 million 132 thousand units. The output of foreign brand cars in Russia went down by 22.2% to 797 thousand vehicles.
Light commercial vehicle production has also declined in the same period, by 15.3% to 94.7 thousand units.
Trucks output, including light trucks, has fallen by 13.1% by the end of the first eleven months of 2020, amounting to 122.4 thousand units. The output of foreign brand trucks in Russia has decreased by 18.2% to 21.5 thousand units.
Bus production, including microbuses, has decreased by 20.1% during the aforementioned period, to 29.3 thousand units. The output of foreign brand buses in Russia went down by 11.3% to 6.1 thousand units.
