Production has fallen by 6.3% at Hyundai St. Petersburg factory by the end of the first six months
Vedomosti – Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus factory, established in St. Petersburg, has manufactured 110,200 automobiles within the January-June period (-6.3%). The factory had manufactured 117,550 automobiles, within the same period of the previous year.
The company has stated that the factory keeps on working five days a week, in three shifts consistently and there are no plans to suspend production, apart from routine reasons, such as: annual holidays etc.
Hyundai plans to repeat last year’s production figure of 228,000 automobiles, for this year.
