RusAutoNewsCom.- As reported by the company press office, 245,000 automobiles have rolled off the conveyors of the Russian Hyundai plant in 2019, which exceeds the initial annual production plan of the company by 2%.
Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus plans to manufacture a minimum number of 230,000 vehicles in 2020, keeping up with the 5-days-a-week, 3-shifts regime.
Out of the vehicles manufactured during the year, the factory in St Petersburg has sent approximately 17,000 for exports. The supply increased by 44% compared to 2018. Kazakhstan and Belarus were the primary export targets as previously.
In addition, Russian Hyundai plant has already developed plans to launch the production of the updated versions of the models Solaris and Creta during the first half of the year.
